Kelechi Obi, SAN, is the Managing Partner at the firm. Renowned for his consummate legal expertise, he specialises in navigating intricate commercial transactions, arbitration proceedings, and complex litigation cases. He holds a Master of Laws degree from King's College, London.

His extensive professional journey includes notable roles at top-tier firms. He has contributed his talents to Templars, a leading commercial law firm in Lagos, and held the pivotal position of General Counsel at Globe Holdings International, the visionary force behind the groundbreaking Nigerian private sector real estate project, Victoria Garden City. Previously, he made impactful strides at F.O. Akinrele & Co, a premier litigation and commercial law firm, where he excelled in the litigation group.

With a profound commitment to the legal community, he has played pivotal roles within the Nigeria Bar Association, contributing his expertise to the Technical Committee for Conference Planning, the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee, NBA Section on Legal Practice Conference Planning Committee, the Building Committee and the Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch.

In 2022, he was elevated to the rank of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

Ifeyinwa is a Partner at the firm and holds a Master of Laws degree from London School of Economics. Ifeyinwa possesses over 37 years' premium experience as a legal practitioner. Her work experience spans over a varied number of blue chip, local corporate organisations, the most recent of which was her role as Company Secretary to African Development Insurance Company for close to a decade. She brings to the team an enviable repository of corporate and commercial experience, which our clients have found invaluable in the course of ongoing transactions.

Ifeyinwa possesses substantial Board-level experience and had at different times served on the Boards of Bank PHB Plc. (now Keystone Bank Limited), Insurance PHB Limited (now KBL Insurance Ltd), Wapic Insurance Plc (now Coronation Insurance Plc) and PHB Healthcare Limited (now KBL Healthcare Ltd) of which she was the Chairperson. She is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Access Bank Plc.

Ifeyinwa is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Nigerian Insurance Law Association.
